Sure I would love it if you shared! I’m always looking for new ways to quiet the buzzing. The legs up the wall is extra important for me because I suffer from POTS - so I tend to faint when I’m upright and do better when I’m inverted. But it’s also incredibly calming for the sympathetic nervous system.
